If a user subscribes to the plan, then the user change to the specific user groups.Once the subscription plan expires then the user return to the default usergroups.
This following options can be configured through the following way: .

16. Renewal option for the user to regain their membership account.
==&gt; Our extension JE Membership supports the renewal process to regain their membership account.Add new menu page for the renewal process.If the subscription expires for an user they can login as a registered user and they can add their subcription.

19. Does not support any access restrictions or permissions and its mainly based on the paid and free membership with different types of subscription.
==&gt; If you have create an usergroup as seperate for paid and free membership with different types of subscription. Using the usergroups we can assign access permissions.

20. Option at admin to block user upon subscription unpublish( deactivate ) instead of deleting.

Thanks for contacting us.

We think that the problem is in the testimonial content. If you have copied &amp; pasted the content from the other source like (MS Word, etc..) then some additional tags will be added with the normal content of testimonial. And this will cause problem while executing the script

Please copy the content to notepad or some other editor file and then copy and paste the content from there to the description field in the testimonial form.

If you still face the issue, then please provide us the Admin and FTP details and website url through the following link:
