How can I register to your website for support, downloads or purchase?

Registration for the jextn.com is semi-automated. An account is created for you when you request Support by creating a ticket or when you purchase an extension. A copy of the user details are sent to your e-mail address. If you don't see the user details e-mail in your inbox, check your spam folder.

Can I install an extension on an unlimited amount of websites?

You can keep installing any purchased extensions, even after the subscription year of support and updates. You can install a purchased extension on a Single Domain.

Can I keep using the extension forever/after a year?

Yes, you can keep installing any purchased extensions, even after the subscription year of support and updates. There are no restrictions of usage.

Do I get support with your extensions?

Yes, with every commercial extension we offer support and updates. You can create a ticket in our support system (in the menu under Support > Tickets) if you have a question. Our staff will get back to you shortly. You will receive the extension updates, and the support from Jextn till the end of subscription.

Are these extensions available in my language/can I translate them?

Yes, all our extensions use Joomla! ini language files, and can easily be translated to any language. Even better: we already have translation files for most of our extensions. You can create a ticket if you have any specific questions about your language.

Can I make modifications to the extensions?

Yes, you can make modification(s) to our extensions to fit your need. Our extensions are not encoded. But we are unable to provide support, if there any issues arise after modifying our extension code.

What license do you use for your extensions?

Our extensions are licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License v2, just like Joomla!.

Can I get a refund?

We have a money back guarantee for 7 days. And the refund is applicable only if our component causes any issues on your site, that cannot be resolved by us.

Are extensions encrypted, with Zend Optimizer or Ioncube?

Is the subscription auto-renewed?

The subscription with jextn is just a one time payment. It won't get renewed automatically.

Do you provide support on Weekends ?
