What do I get with my subscription payment?
Each product subscription includes the components, plugins, modules, documentation and technical support that will get you through any hurdle. If you have any trouble, our support services are always available and are part of your subscription. What comes with your subscription?
- The Product :You will receive all the necessary down-loadable zipped files with each purchase.
- Documentation :Each product includes extensive documentation. In the documentation, we provide the information you need for a successful launch. If you need additional information or assistance we are available via our support desk and our community forums.
- Installation : If you have an issue installing the component we can assist you on the installation. Note: If installation problems occur because of server problems, you will need to contact your server provider. Server problems are out of scope of our subscriptions.
- Technical support : Each subscription you are provided support for 1 live site only.
- Upgrades and Bug fixes : As a subscriber, you will receive product upgrades and bug fixes as they are released.
- Site Subscriptions : If you required support for multi websites you are required to purchase more then 1 subscription.
What does the subscription not cover?
'jextn.com' offers a variety of subscriptions. Each one has different requirements and limitations, listed below. If you need assistance in this area, please contact our professional services:
- 'jextn.com' will not configure your site for free, but we have provided plenty of documentation to get the product up and running. We are aware that some large-scale sites may have complex setups. Please feel free to contact us if you get stuck and need to utilize our professional services.
- 'jextn.com' will not make modifications to our products for free.Modifications are part of our professional services. If you need an immediate modification, please contact our professional services. If there is something that you would like added to the package that you do not need immediately, we can add it to our list of product requests. Please note that we receive requests frequently so we cannot guarantee that your request will be added in a timely manner.
- 'jextn.com' will not fix your server settings or update your server software. We suggest that you contact your hosting provider to fix any server issues.
- 'jextn.com' will not fix issues with 3rd party products, We only support the integration with the Joomla! core ACL and Community ACL.
- 'jextn.com' does not offer support for local installs. It is impossible for us to troubleshoot what we cannot see nor test.
- 'jextn.com' will not fix any software or products that are not our own.
- 'jextn.com' will not install server components because our software may be incompatible with old server configurations. Please contact your hosting provider to make adjustments.
- 'jextn.com' will not fix your templates or adjustments in CSS. Please contact our professional services.
- 'jextn.com' may require FTP and Joomla! super admin access. We will only work with FTP access and not with 3rd party FTP applications that work inside of Joomla!. 'jextn.com' retains the right to refuse support if this request is not met.
What happens when my subscription ends?
All subscriptions come with updates for the software and when your subscription ends you will be able to to continue running your application. When your subscription ends you will not be able to get technical support from ‘jextn.com’. We highly suggest renewing your subscription as our products are continually updated.
Refund Policy :
'jextn.com' does NOT offer any cash refunds or exchanges. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have distributed a release version to a customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.
Modifications and ownership:
Customer may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of jextn.com. Also all editorial content and graphics on our sites may not be copied without written permission of jextn.com. Reuse of any editorial content and graphics from jextn.com for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Customer is authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit his purposes. Customer may not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the files included in the purchased product. There's ability to order code changes required for customer's needs as custom development.

- You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our extensions to fit your purposes. You may not, however, change or remove the copyright information from any file. Our software is protected under the GNU/GPL license - please keep the copyright notices.

- Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall 'jextn.com', be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
- 'jextn.com' extensions will specify which version of Joomla! they are compatible with and are tested with only core Joomla functionality and core Joomla! modules, components and other said features. As such we cannot guarantee that the products will run with past or future versions of these CMS's nor can we guarantee that any of our products will work with any 3rd party extension developed for the Joomla! CMS. Please read the documentation and FAQ for each of our products for further information.
- Since we do not issue refunds after the payment is made for our subscription service, you are responsible for undertaking all reasonable steps to ensure our products will meet your specific needs prior to subscription either by, but limited to, reading discussions on the 'jextn.com' forums or contacting us directly via our support desk.
- By registering for a free or subscription account on the 'jextn.com' site you agree to be automatically subscribed to our mailing list. 'jextn.com' publishes a newsletter informing registered users of, but not limited to, version releases of our software with bug fixes, new updated components, new components and special offers.
- 'jextn.com' will not sell nor rent your mailing details or make publicly available any said information.
- 'jextn.com' reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
